Design Engineer

Robert Aung is a Design Engineer at Grove Design. His passion for design and engineering was ignited by his childhood fascination with robots, particularly iconic characters like Megazords and Transformers. Watching these machines move and operate autonomously captured his imagination and inspired his journey into the world of design and engineering. Robert is driven by the thrill of making things come to life, much like a ‘tinker’ in a fantasy setting, crafting intricate and functional creations.

Outside of his work, Robert’s interests further contribute to his job role and skillset. He has a natural affinity for problem-solving, honed through his love for solving puzzles. This skill serves him well in the complex world of engineering, where innovative solutions are often required to overcome challenges. Additionally, Robert enjoys playing video games, which sharpens his quick thinking and reflexes, essential attributes in the fast-paced field of design. His creative side shines through his passion for poetry, providing him with a unique perspective and fostering creativity in his approach to engineering tasks.
